Today we:
  • corrected our English grammar homework - Lily
  • had a presentation with M. Wagner - Annalise
    • I learned that there are pine beetles and that they eat trees and carries fungus that turns the trees blue - Dane
    • I learned that the oldest tree in Canada was 1055 years old - Abi
    • I learned that M. Wagner is a forester - Lexi
    • Foresters take care of the forest and if there's a forest fire and if it's near a city they put it out and if it's not they watch it. - Annalise
    • They cut down trees to build houses and they plant one for every tree they cut - Kai
  • Did a math quiz on addition and subtraction algebraic equations - Mazen
  • Wrote in our journals about what we learned from the forestry presentation - ElanĂ©
  • Read for 30 minutes in English - Abi
