Today:
- Zoe: we did our crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy chant for our Carnaval kick-off on Friday
- Come on Friday at 11:15 am to see what it is!
- Lily: we did a survey on the computers about school
- Abi: we had buddies and we helped them do their scarves and some of them with their toques and we started brainstorming individual chants for fun
- Dane: we had gym and we ran for like 10 minutes and we practiced holding the door for the person behind us and we played doctor dodgeball
- Ask me how to hold the door properly for the person behind me!
- Lexi: M. Trevor will not be there tomorrow and we will be having a substitute and we will be playing bombardeau
- Maya: we continued our story map for How To Train Your Dragon
- Abi: we got our letter LA COOPERAtion
- Lily: we decided which class we're going to for our board game Choice & Curiosity
- CHOICE AND CURIOSITY BOARD GAMES ACTIVITY THIS FRIDAY On Friday, we will be having a mixed grade ‘Choice and Curiosity’ board games activity. Students will have the opportunity to play a board game with some new friends from different grades. If your child would like to bring a board game for this activity, they are certainly welcome to! If they do bring one, we want them to know that pieces could get lost or something may get broken. If this will be upsetting, it might be better that they do not bring a game to share. Games that are brought on Friday should be: • labelled with their name • short, easy to understand, and can be played in under 30 minutes • well known by your child so they can teach others how to play independently
- We worked on representation numbers up to 10 000 in different ways in math
- Lexi: we read in French or worked on our book report for a lot of minutes (30 minutes)
